Went this morning around 7:30 am and the door was locked. Saw that people were going through the drive through. Thought I would also. I pull up and some guy says "We are not open till the sign says we're open."Besides this place being dirty they are nothing but rude. Needs new management!!

Foods amazing just here might be a bright idea, MAKE DRIVETHRU MORE EFFICIENT. Especially if that's the only way your running business

To busy to satisfy the customers. You try to call to place an order and they answer and hang up. Try Los Carbonita's that is down the block. They are amazing

Food is great and always made correct to my order. Service and speed could use improvement. The dine in atmosphere has improved slightly.

Really nice people, walked around and took orders ahead they bought and handed out 20 or more Sundaes for everyone waiting in line, offered and handed them out to each car while they where waiting. Really nice!

Went there for breakfast and my Mom can’t eat cheese and asked for no cheese, so they piled it on. Then when I went to take a bite of my food there was a hair in it. Refused to refund me then said they were going to contact lawyer for slander. Worst experience ever!

I thought l ordered a beef and bean special which the chili and cheese should have been inside then l wanted smothered Hot then deluxe they gave me a handheld speacil with the deluxed inside . when the person came to the window l didn't complain because there we're about 10 cars behind me . dispointed has a drove all the way to the Cubby's on Washington from.Aurora Havana and colfax. .

I used to go to this place I thought it was great then the food started to become low-grade and the service people offer there especially during mornings is the worst service. I Thought I’d give them another chance today and went through the drive-through! they messed my order up again. Some guy who is a cook is especially Incompetent he need to stick his two cents into the food he is cooking instead of arguing with customers.

Worst customer service ever! Just went in 5/21/20 @ 6:10pm and after waiting in line for 1 hour the white male that was taking the orders was being really racist and rude. I asked to speak to a manager because he was treating me really bad and he told me that he was the manager and he wouldn't even give me his name!! If a real manager or someone in charge of this store sees this please talk to your staff and show him some customer service because im sure I was not the only person getting treated like this. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone!!

Still one of my faves for a smothered burrito... the green chili is unlike anyone else's. Steak and potato deluxe or smothered fries with steak.. that's what's up!!

Went through drive through, long wait which is fine during all this. Ordered my regular Chile cheese fries (large) disappointed with the size. Hard fries, fries were cold and there was more cheese than Chile. Did not taste good 😝 Definitely disappointed. I called on the phone and the guy i spoke to was really nice though.

The staff is always so rude and does not care about customer service. The website says they open at 6 am. I got in the drive thru at 7. Then a rude man came over the loud speaker saying we’re not open until we turn on the open sign. As i was driving out of the line they turned the sign on. This is a glaring example of the worst customer service ever. You’re actually saying we won’t serve you because we havent turned the sign on which were in the process of doing???? In a time like this you are lucky you have a job and you are this rude to people.... ugly behavior.

Considering covid and the long line at the drive thru, my food was hot and fresh. Everything I expected from a good restaurant 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

The food here is trash, 5 people refused to eat it. The meat in the “Mexican food” appeared boiled while the cheese burger was crispy and black. My son literally threw up after taking 2 bites of his enchilada. If you value your money and health go somewhere else.

Third time I get the wrong burrito for Dixie. Might have to give up on this place and go to the one on federal bvd.

You have to be kidding me the drive thru is exaggerating small ! So many scratches along the wall you can actually see in the picture they took for review. I don’t know how the inspector hasn’t shut they’re tiny drive thru. Also the inside is so outdated and super old. Wouldn’t doubt they have rats. The costumer service isn’t good at all either the teens/lady don’t have the best attitudes toward people like how they should. Don’t recommend at all guys.

This is a unique gem. Very fast service with drive through support. Large selection of food as seen in the photos. Has anything from your authentic Mexican to Americanized food such as chili cheese fries. They are all good!

Topically there is a long wait BUT totally worth it, they have never gotten my order wrong and customer service is always good

Best chilly fries!

Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes while the lady counted out her drawer. She never even acknowledged the fact that I was standing there or did anyone ask me what I wanted in the meantime. I had to turn around and walk out of there. I don't have time to stand around like that. Everything look extremely overpriced anyway.

Waited in an hour long line of cars to get home and order wrong tried calling no answer after 10 attempts went to busy ! Sign says check order before leaving which I did but burritos were not marked and missing chicaronne!! Will not be going back to this chubbys again bad customer service and employees not paying attention to the order and what goes in the Mexican hamburgers?!? Mark the food as you make the order to make sure order correct!!

Great place to get a taste of the mile high. Drive up is a good option.

ANYONE who is a native has been to historic Chubbys at least once. The people are fantastic...the food is amazing..i mean, ITS WORTH sitting in the drive thru during COVID for 40 min bec the line was SO LONG to bring the comfort of Chubbys home

They need a new speaker or something the lady was getting fusterated because she couldn’t hear us like how is that our problem having an attitude because there speaker don’t work . Yelling like it makes it better

No frills decor, service and menu. It's all about the Chili Verde. It's really good, but what doesn't get mentioned much is, it's spicy!!! Not 'can't eat it' spicy, but unless you're prepared, it'll quickly catch up on you. If you're a mild lover you should skip it. I love the tots covered in cheese and awesome Chili Verde...

Awful rude workers. Called and asked if I could make a to go order and was yelled at and told no. I understand they are busy but no need to treat people like garbage. I would rather drive 30 minutes away to the 38th location and wait 30 minutes in line before I ever order from this location again.

Food is excellent. I'd recommend going inside to order, the drive through can take a long time even with a shirt line. The food is worth any small wait though. Not very fancy inside but the atmosphere suits the food. Definitely get the smothered tots (or order an extra tortilla and make yourself a green chili/tot burrito).
